The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Bangalore has officially released the provisionally shortlisted candidates list for the 2nd Round of Document Verification (DV) for the posts of Junior Engineer (JE) and Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) under CEN 03/2024.
Candidates who appeared for the recruitment examination must note that the Document Verification is scheduled for 22nd December 2025. A total of 47 candidates have been called for this round to fill the remaining vacancies. The board has also released the Cutoff Merit Index for candidates shortlisted after Part Panel-3.

Detailed Updates on RRB Bangalore JE DV Schedule
According to the official notice, the candidates listed in the notification must report to the Railway Recruitment Board, No. 18, Millers Road (Behind Cantonment Railway Station), Bengaluru – 560046.
Candidates are advised to strictly adhere to the reporting time of 08:00 AM. SMS and email alerts are being sent to the registered contact details of the shortlisted candidates to download their e-Call Letters.
Medical Examination
Candidates must be prepared to stay for more than four days at their own cost. Immediately after the completion of the Document Verification, candidates will be sent for a Medical Examination at the nominated Railway Hospital the very next day. A medical fee of ₹24/- must be paid by the candidate.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Upload Documents: Candidates must upload clear scanned images of their original documents (both sides), a colour passport-size photograph, and their signature on the RRB DV Portal. The portal remains active from 10 days prior to the DV date and closes on the day of DV.
- Block Date: If a candidate fails to report on the scheduled date (22-12-2025) due to a genuine reason, they may attend the DV on the Block Date: 05-01-2026. Failure to report on this date will result in the cancellation of candidature.

List of Documents Required for RRB JE Document Verification
Candidates must produce all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies (A4 size). Failure to produce the required documents may lead to disqualification.
- Matriculation/High School Examination Certificate or Equivalent: As proof of Date of Birth and Matriculation Qualification. (The candidate’s name and father/mother’s name should match the application).
- 10+2/Inter/Higher Secondary Certificate: If applicable.
- Diploma/Engineering Degree Certificate: Semester-wise Mark Sheets and the final Provisional/Degree Certificate.
- SC/ST Certificate: In the format prescribed by the RRB (if applicable).
- OBC-NCL Certificate: Issued not more than one year prior to the date of DV (if applicable).
- Income & Asset Certificate (EWS): For candidates claiming reservation under the Economically Weaker Section.
- NOC (No Objection Certificate): For serving employees (Central/State Govt/PSU), including the date of appointment.
- Aadhaar Card: Original and photocopy (both sides).
- Passport Size Photographs: Same as uploaded in the application (carry at least 6 copies).
- e-Call Letter: The printed copy of the DV Admit Card downloaded from the Admit Card section.
- Receipt of Payment: If payment was made through challan (Pay-in-slip).
