The Document Verification is scheduled to take place on 22 December 2025. Candidates listed in this notice must report to the Railway Recruitment Board, Bengaluru office at 08:00 AM sharp.

The Railway Recruitment Board has called candidates based on their merit and the shortfall in previous panels. It is mandatory for shortlisted candidates to attend the verification process to be considered for the final appointment.

- Block Date for Absentees: 05-01-2026
- Note: The Block Date is reserved only for candidates who fail to appear on the scheduled date due to genuine reasons (university exams, sickness) supported by documentary evidence.
Medical Examination
Candidates who successfully complete the DV will be sent for a Medical Examination on the next day at a nominated Railway Hospital.
- Fee: ₹24/- (to be paid at the hospital).
- Preparation: Candidates should come prepared to stay for 3-4 days in Bengaluru at their own cost.
📄 List of Documents Required for DV
Candidates appearing for the Railway Jobs Document Verification must produce the Original Certificates along with two sets of self-attested photocopies (A4 size).
Essential Documents Checklist:
- Matriculation/High School Certificate: As proof of Date of Birth (DOB).
- 10+2 / Higher Secondary / PUC Certificate: (As applicable).
- Technical Qualification Certificates: Diploma / Engineering / ITI Certificate along with Semester-wise Mark Sheets.
- Caste Certificate: SC/ST certificate in the prescribed Central Govt format.
- OBC-NCL Certificate: Issued not more than one year prior to the DV date.
- EWS Income & Asset Certificate: For the current financial year.
- NOC (No Objection Certificate): For serving employees (Central/State Govt/PSU) with the date of appointment.
- Aadhaar Card: Original and both sides photocopy.
- E-Call Letter: The printed copy of the DV Admit Card downloaded from the Admit Card section.
- Passport Size Photos: Recent color photographs (same as uploaded in the application).
- Waiver Certificate: Income certificate for EBC candidates who availed fee concession.
