Along with the status lists, the Railway administration has also announced the Trial Schedule for candidates applied under the Basketball (Women) discipline for Level-2 posts.
According to the official notices (No. PB/RR/39/Sports-Talent/25-26) dated 29 January 2026 and 30 January 2026, candidates who have been found provisionally eligible must appear for Document Verification (DV) on 05 February 2026 followed by Field Trials on 06 February 2026.

Eligible and Ineligible Candidates List
ICF has released separate PDFs for eligible and ineligible candidates.
- Level-2 Eligible List: Candidates applied directly for Level-2 Centre position have been shortlisted.
- Level-5 Applicants: Candidates who applied for Level-5 (Point Guard) were found not eligible for Level-5 sports norms. However, they have been declared provisionally eligible for Level-2 and can attend the trials for Level-2 posts.
- Rejections: Several applications were rejected due to “No valid sports achievements from 01.04.2024 to 19.01.2026” or “Non-payment of fees”.

List of Documents Required for ICF Document Verification
Candidates must report to the venue with the Originals and self-attested photocopies of the following documents. Without these, you will not be allowed to participate in the trials.
- Application Printout: Hard copy of the online application form.
- Photographs: 2 recent passport-size photos.
- Educational Certificates:
- 10th / Matriculation Certificate (Date of Birth Proof).
- 12th Class Certificate.
- ITI / Degree / Diploma Certificates (if applicable).
- Transfer Certificate / College Leaving Certificate.
- Sports Certificates: All original sports achievement certificates relevant to the eligibility period (01.04.2024 to 19.01.2026).
- ID Proof: Original Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
- Caste Certificate: Community certificate for SC/ST/OBC (in Central Govt format).
- Income Certificate: For EBC candidates claiming fee exemption.
- Minority Affidavit: If belonging to a minority community.
