📅 Document Verification Schedule & Instructions
According to the official notice (No. RRB/ADI/E/R&T/04/2024-Para Medical), candidates have been shortlisted based on their CBT scores to fill the vacant posts.

Block Date for Absentees: If a candidate fails to attend the DV on the scheduled date due to genuine reasons (like University/Govt exams or sickness), they may appear on the Block Date: 23.03.2026 at 09:30 AM. However, they must send prior intimation by email to [email protected] and bring documentary proof of the reason for their absence.
⚕️ Medical Examination Details
After the successful completion of Document Verification, candidates must undergo a Medical Examination at nominated Railway Hospitals under RRB Ahmedabad’s jurisdiction.
- Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 24/- as medical examination fees.
- Preparation: The process may take time; hence, candidates are advised to come prepared to stay for 3 to 4 days.
📝 Checklist: Documents Required for DV
Shortlisted candidates must upload their documents, photo, and signature on the OIRMS Portal before attending the DV. On the day of verification, bring the Originals plus 2 sets of self-attested photocopies of the following:
- E-Call Letter: For Document Verification.
- Educational Qualification: 10th (Proof of DOB), 12th, Diploma/Degree certificates, and Mark sheets for all semesters/years (Pharmacy/Nursing).
- Registration Certificate: Valid registration certificate from the respective Pharmacy/Nursing Council.
- Caste Certificate: SC/ST certificate (in Central Govt format) or OBC-NCL certificate (issued not older than 1 year).
- EBC/Minority Certificate: Income certificate for EBC candidates who availed fee concession.
- NOC: No Objection Certificate for serving employees (State/Central/PSU).
- Aadhaar Card: Original e-verified Aadhaar for biometric authentication.
- Photos: 3-4 recent passport-size color photographs.
