Important Notes from RRB Ahmedabad:
- Candidature of all empanelled candidates is purely provisional and liable to cancellation in case of any inconsistency or deficiency in data
- Remaining vacancies will be filled after receiving medical fitness reports and by calling additional candidates for DV
- All original certificates will be checked once again by the Railway/Production Unit before final appointment

Instructions for DV Candidates
- Candidates will receive an email to download their e-call letter from the RRB website
- Candidates must upload their documents, photo, and signature and fill identification marks on the portal at https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv
- Bring all original documents along with 2 sets of Xerox copies in A4 size as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter
- If unable to attend on the scheduled date due to University/Government exams or personal sickness:
- Send intimation with reason to RRB office by mail on the scheduled date
- Report on the Block Date (23rd March 2026) at 10:00 AM with documentary proof
- Carry the same e-call letter already issued — no separate e-call letter will be issued for block date
- After successful DV, candidates will undergo Medical Examination at nominated Railway Hospitals — come prepared to stay for 3-4 days and carry ₹24 medical fee

Candidates appearing for DV should carry the following documents in original along with 2 sets of photocopies:
- 10th Class Mark Sheet & Certificate (for age proof)
- 12th / ITI / Relevant Technical Qualification Certificates
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) issued by competent authority
- Income & Asset Certificate (for EWS)
- PwBD Certificate (if applicable)
- Ex-Serviceman Certificate (if applicable)
- NOC from employer (if employed in Government/PSU)
- Aadhaar Card
- Passport-size photographs (4-6 copies)
- Any other document as mentioned in CEN 02/2024 notification
