The Computer-Based Test (CBT 1) is scheduled to be held from 16th February 2026 to 18th February 2026. According to the official notice released on 07/01/2026, the CEN 01/2025 ALP exams will be conducted in multiple shifts from February 16 to February 18, 2026.
To ensure candidates are comfortable with the Computer-Based Test (CBT) environment, RRB provides a Mock Test Link. Urgent Update on City Intimation: The link to view your Exam City & Date and download the Travel Authority (for SC/ST candidates) will be made live on official RRB websites 10 days prior to your specific exam date.
How to Attempt the RRB ALP Official Mock Test
The mock test is designed to simulate the actual exam day experience. Follow these steps to access it:

- A login screen will appear (dummy login details are usually pre-filled).
- Click on “Sign In”.
- Read the General Instructions carefully (these are the same instructions you will see on exam day).
- Select your default language and click “I am ready to begin”.

Important Instructions for Exam Day (CEN 01/2025)
The official notice highlights several critical points that candidates must strictly adhere to:
- Original ID Proof is Mandatory: Candidates must bring the same Photo Identity Document in ORIGINAL as mentioned in their application. Photocopies or soft copies will not be accepted, and entry will be denied without the original.
- Aadhaar Verification: Candidates who have verified their Aadhaar during application must ensure their Aadhaar account remains unlocked in the UIDAI system. This is vital for biometric authentication at the exam centre.
- Beware of Touts: Recruitment is based purely on merit and the CBT performance. Do not fall for fake promises of jobs for money.
