The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Bengaluru has issued a significant double update for candidates of the CEN 04/2024 Paramedical Categories. In a move to fast-track the recruitment process, the board has released the Provisional Part Panel 3, recommending 16 candidates for appointment, while simultaneously announcing the schedule for Document Verification (DV) Round 3.

If you have been awaiting your final selection or a chance for verification, this is a critical alert. The new DV round is scheduled for 17th February 2026, and the panel list is now available for download.

RRB Bengaluru Paramedical Provisional Part Panel 3 Declared

Following the Document Verification held on 06-01-2026, RRB Bengaluru has found 16 candidates suitable for appointment. These candidates have successfully cleared the DV and Medical Examination standards. Their names have been recommended to the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, South Western Railway, Hubballi.

  • Nursing Superintendent (Cat-1): 08 Candidates
  • Health & Malaria Inspector Gr III (Cat-6): 02 Candidates
  • Physiotherapist Gr II (Cat-9): 02 Candidates
  • Pharmacist (Entry Grade) (Cat-11): 03 Candidates
  • Dialysis Technician (Cat-12): 01 Candidate

Note: This panel is provisional. Shortlisting here does not guarantee an immediate job letter, but it is the final step before the zonal railway issues the offer of appointment.

DV Round 3 Schedule Announced: Critical Instructions

For candidates who missed the earlier cut-off by a narrow margin or are being called against vacancies, DV Round 3 is your opportunity.

  • Total Candidates Shortlisted: 05
  • DV Date: February 17, 2026
  • Reporting Time: 09:30 AM
  • Venue: Railway Recruitment Board, No. 18, Millers Road, Bengaluru – 560046.

Medical Examination: Candidates must note that the Medical Examination will take place on the next day of the DV at a nominated Railway Hospital. You must come prepared to stay for 3-4 days in Bengaluru at your own cost. A medical fee of Rs. 24/- must be paid at the hospital.

Action Required: Upload Documents Shortlisted candidates must upload clear scanned copies of their original documents (front and back), photo, and signature on the RRB DV Portal (oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv). The portal link will be active 10 days prior to the DV date.

List of Documents Required for Document Verification (DV)

To ensure a smooth verification process, candidates must carry the Original certificates along with two sets of self-attested photocopies (A4 size). Failing to produce these may lead to disqualification.

  1. e-Call Letter: The specific DV Admit Card sent by RRB.
  2. Date of Birth Proof: Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating DOB.
  3. Educational Qualification:
    • 10th / SSLC Certificate & Marksheet.
    • 12th / HSC Certificate & Marksheet.
    • Diploma / Degree Certificates & All Semester Marksheets (for posts like Pharmacist, Nursing Supt, etc.).
  4. Category Certificates:
    • SC/ST Certificate: In the prescribed Central Govt format.
    • OBC-NCL Certificate: Issued not more than one year prior to the date of DV (containing the Non-Creamy Layer clause).
    • EWS Certificate: Income & Asset Certificate for the current financial year.
  5. NOC (No Objection Certificate): For serving employees (State/Central Govt/PSU), including the date of appointment.
  6. Aadhaar Card: Original and photocopy (both sides).
  7. Photographs: Passport-sized colour photos (same as uploaded in the application, if possible).
  8. Gazette Notification/Legal Decree: In case of any name change.

Important Note on Block Date: If you fail to attend the DV on 17-02-2026 due to a genuine reason (like university exams or sickness), you may be allowed to attend on the Block Date: 02-03-2026. However, you must provide valid documentary evidence for your absence. Failure to report on the block date will result in the cancellation of your candidature.
