📋 What’s Inside the RRB Group D Answer Key Portal

When you log in to the answer key portal, you’ll be able to see three things:

  • Your Question Paper — The exact questions you faced during your CBT shift, along with all the options.
  • Your Responses — The answers you actually marked during the exam. This helps you cross-check what you selected.
  • Official Answer Keys — The correct answers decided by the RRBs. You can compare these with your responses to estimate your score.

This is very important because the RRB Group D exam is one of the biggest railway recruitment drives, and even one correct objection can change your final marks and rank. So take this seriously and check every question carefully.

🧮 How to Calculate Your RRB Group D CBT Marks & Negative Marking

Here’s how the marking works for the RRB Group D CBT exam:

DetailValue
Total Questions100
Marks per Correct Answer+1
Negative Marking−1/3 (0.33)
Total Marks100
Exam Duration90 minutes

Step-by-step to calculate your score:

  1. Count all your correct answers from the response sheet
  2. Count all your wrong answers
  3. Use this formula: Score = (Correct × 1) − (Wrong × 1/3)
  4. Unanswered questions carry zero marks — no penalty

For example, if you got 75 correct and 15 wrong: Score = 75 − (15 × 0.33) = 75 − 5 = 70 marks. Don’t worry if your score seems low — remember that normalization across shifts will adjust the final scores fairly.

✍️ How to Raise Objections Against RRB Group D CEN 08/2024 Answer Key

If you believe any answer key is incorrect, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official RRB answer key portal using your login credentials
  2. Go through your questions and compare with official answer keys
  3. Click on the “Raise Objection” button next to any question you want to challenge
  4. Write your objection clearly with proper reasoning and reference
  5. Pay ₹50 per question (plus bank service charges) using any of these methods:
  6. Debit/Credit Cards (Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, RuPay)
  7. UPI / UPI QR Code
  8. Net Banking / Mobile Banking
  9. Wallet
  10. Submit your objection before 23rd February 2026, 5:00 PM

Good news: If your objection is found valid, the ₹50 fee will be refunded to your payment account (after deducting bank charges). So if you’re confident about an answer, definitely raise the objection — you have nothing to lose!

Important: The RRBs’ decision on all objections is final and binding. No further requests or appeals will be considered after the window closes. So make sure you submit everything before the deadline.
