Detailed Update on CBTST Rescheduling

According to the official notification, the re-scheduled Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) will be conducted on 11th February 2026. This re-test is strictly for those aspirants who faced issues or valid grounds during the previous shift on 28th December 2025 and had formally opted for a reschedule as per the notice dated 30.12.2025.

Candidates are strongly urged to rely solely on official sources for Railway Exam News and updates. The RRB has reiterated that recruitment is based purely on merit and the performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT).

Exam City and Travel Authority

For the rescheduled exam, the link to view the Exam City and Date, as well as the downloading of Travel Authority for SC/ST candidates, will be made live 10 days prior to the exam date. This means candidates can expect these details around the start of February 2026 on the official websites of their respective RRBs.

How to Download RRB NTPC CBTST Admit Card

The Admit Card (E-Call Letter) is a mandatory document for entry into the exam hall. As per the notice, the download link will be active 4 days prior to the exam date.

Follow these steps to download your hall ticket:

  1. Visit the official website of your applied RRB region (e.g., RRB Mumbai, RRB Patna, etc.) or check our Official RRB Websites List.
  2. Look for the link titled “CEN 05/2024 NTPC Graduate Level E-Call Letter”.
  3. Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth as the password.
  4. Click on ‘Login’ to view your dashboard.
  5. Download the Admit Card and print a clear copy for the exam day.

Valid ID Proofs to Carry to the Exam Center

To ensure a smooth entry process, candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre:

  • Printed E-Call Letter: The hard copy of your admit card.
  • Original Photo ID Proof: A valid government-issued ID such as:
    • Aadhaar Card (Printout of e-Aadhaar is also accepted, but original card is preferred)
    • Voter ID
    • PAN Card
    • Driving License
    • Passport
  • Passport Size Photographs: Carry two recent colour photos, preferably the same as uploaded during the application.

Note: The ID proof must be original. Photocopies or soft copies on mobile phones are not accepted.
