  1. Visit the Official Portal: Go to the official application website (Refer to the official notice for the exact URL or use the link provided below).
  2. Login: Enter your Registered Mobile Number/Email ID and Password created during the application process.
  3. View Status: Look for the “Application Status” tab on your dashboard.
  4. Check Message: The screen will display one of the three status messages mentioned above.
  5. Rejection Reason: If rejected, the specific reason (e.g., invalid photo, signature, or duplicate application) will be displayed.

Note: RRB has clearly stated that they will not entertain any correspondence from candidates whose applications have been rejected as “Ineligible”.

Understanding Your Application Status

It is vital to understand what your status means for your preparation journey:

  • Provisionally Accepted: You are safe. Start preparing for the exam immediately. Check the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Syllabus to streamline your revision.
  • Conditionally Accepted: This status usually means there is a deficiency in your uploaded documents or data that might need rectification during Document Verification or an earlier stage. Keep an eye on your email for specific instructions from RRB.
  • Rejected: Unfortunately, this means you are out of the recruitment process for CEN 06/2025. Common reasons often include poor-quality photographs (blurry/wearing goggles) or invalid signatures.
