The recruitment process involves a single Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification.
Single stage exam consisting of 100 questions in 90 Minutes.
• Professional Ability: 70 Q
• General Awareness: 10 Q
• General Arithmetic, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Science: 20 Q
Negative Marking: 1/3rd.
Candidates shortlisted based on CBT merit will be called for DV. 1:1 ratio is generally followed.
Candidates must pass the specific medical standard (C1/B1/C2) for their allotted post. Visual acuity is crucial.

Medical standards for paramedical posts are specific. Glasses are generally permitted (except specific A-3 posts if any).
- B-1: Distance Vision: 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses (Power not to exceed 4D). Near Vision: Sn 0.6, 0.6. (For Health Inspector, Lab Supdt).
- C-1: Distance Vision: 6/12, 6/18 with or without glasses. Near Vision: Sn 0.6, 0.6. (For Nursing Supdt).
- C-2: Distance Vision: 6/12, nil with or without glasses. Near Vision: Sn 0.6 combined. (For Pharmacist, Dietician).
