The scrutiny of applications submitted against the notification issued on 09-08-2025 has been completed. Candidates can view their status by logging in with their user credentials from 09 December 2025 onwards.

The release of the application status is a crucial step before the issuance of the Admit Card. It ensures that only eligible candidates whose forms are in order will proceed to the Computer Based Test (CBT).
Types of Application Status
When you log in to check your status, you will see one of the following three statuses:
- Provisionally Accepted: Your application is in order and you are eligible to appear for the exam.
- Conditionally Accepted: Your application is accepted subject to certain conditions (usually related to document clarity or minor discrepancies).
- Rejected: Your application has been rejected. The specific reason for rejection will be displayed on the dashboard.
Note: RRB has also sent SMS and Email alerts to the registered mobile numbers and email IDs of candidates regarding their status.

- Visit the Application Portal: Click on the direct link provided below or visit the official RRB Apply website.
- Login: Enter your Registered Mobile Number/Email ID and Password.
- Navigate to Dashboard: Look for the section titled “CEN 03/2025 Paramedical Categories”.
- View Status: Click on the “Application Status” button.
- Check Details: Ensure your status says “Provisionally Accepted”. If rejected, note down the reason mentioned.
