Candidates who applied for the RRB Technician recruitment (notified on 28.06.2025) can now verify whether their applications have been Provisionally Accepted, Conditionally Accepted, or Rejected. The scrutiny process has been completed, and the status link is live from 08th December 2025.

According to the official notice, the RRBs have completed the detailed scrutiny of all applications submitted for the Technician posts. Candidates can now log in using their user credentials to check their current status.

The board has stated that SMS and Email alerts are being sent individually to candidates whose applications have been Rejected or Conditionally Accepted. These communications will detail the specific reasons for rejection or the conditions required for acceptance. Candidates are advised to check their registered mobile numbers and email IDs immediately.

How to Check RRB Technician Application Status
Candidates must follow these steps to verify their status to ensure they are eligible to appear for the upcoming Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Visit the Official Link: Click on the direct status check link provided below.
- Login: Enter your Registration Number and Password (or Date of Birth) as created during the application process.
- View Status: On the dashboard, look for the ‘Application Status’ tab.
- Check Result: Your status will be displayed as ‘Provisionally Accepted’, ‘Conditionally Accepted’, or ‘Rejected’.
- Take a Screenshot: It is advisable to save a screenshot of your accepted status for future reference.

Understanding Your Application Status
- Provisionally Accepted: Your application is in order, and you are eligible to sit for the exam.

- Rejected: Your application has been invalid due to reasons such as duplicate applications, invalid photos, or not meeting eligibility criteria. RRB regrets the inability to entertain correspondence for rejected applications.
