The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), East Coast Railway (ECoR), Bhubaneswar has officially announced the written examination schedule for recruitment against the Scouts & Guides Quota for the year 2025-26.
According to the latest notice dated 20th January 2026, the written exam is scheduled to be held on 8th February 2026 (Sunday). The exam will be conducted in two shifts for Level-1 and Level-2 posts at the Mixed Higher Secondary School, East Coast Railway, Khurda Road.

Shift Timings for Level-1 & Level-2
Candidates must strictly adhere to the reporting time mentioned below. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Admit Card & Essential Documents
The RRC has clarified that the Call Letters (Admit Cards) will be issued to eligible candidates directly through their Registered Email ID. Candidates must check their inbox and spam folders regularly.
Mandatory Documents to Carry:
- Printed Call Letter: Hard copy of the admit card received via email.
- Valid ID Proof (Original + Xerox): You must bring one original photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) along with a photocopy.
Warning: Without the printed Call Letter and original ID proof, no candidate will be allowed inside the exam hall.
