🎭 RRC ER Cultural Quota – Assessment of Talent Explained
Stage-2 has two parts — here’s exactly what to expect:
Part 1: Practical Demonstration — 35 Marks You’ll perform your cultural talent (dance or vocal) live in front of the assessment panel. They’ll judge your technical skill, expression, and overall presentation. Practice your best piece and give it your all!
Part 2: Testimonials / Prizes — 15 Marks Marks based on your awards, certificates, and recognition in your cultural field. Bring all original certificates of any competitions, prizes, or recognitions you’ve received. The higher your achievements, the better your score.
Total Assessment: 50 Marks
📂 Documents Required for RRC ER Cultural Quota Stage-2
Get these ready well before 18th March:
- Date of Birth proof (10th certificate / Birth certificate)
- Educational qualification certificates (originals)
- Cultural qualification — Degree / Diploma / Certificate in your discipline from a Government-recognized University / Institute
- Category certificate (SC / ST / OBC / EWS, if applicable)
- 1 set of self-attested photocopies of all the above
- 4 passport-size photographs (same as submitted in your online application)
- Valid Government photo ID — Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN / Driving Licence / Passport
- Retained portion of e-Call Letter from CBT Stage-I (this is a must!)
