RRC Gorakhpur has provided separate links for Cultural Quota and Scouts & Guides Quota candidates. Follow these steps to access your hall ticket:

  1. Select Your Quota: Click on the specific link below for either Cultural or Scouts & Guides Quota.
  2. Login: Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (or Password as per the portal).
  3. Download: Your Call Letter will appear on the screen.
  4. Print: Save the PDF and take a clear printout.

Note: Ensure all details on the admit card (Name, Roll No, Exam Date, Venue) are correct. In case of any discrepancy, contact RRC NER immediately.

Exam Pattern Overview

Candidates should be prepared for the specific exam pattern mentioned in the official notification:

  • Cultural Quota:
    • Written Exam (50 Marks): 50 Objective Type Questions (MCQs) on General Awareness, Math, and relevant Cultural Field (Music/Dance).
    • Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark deducted for every wrong answer.
    • Qualifying Marks: 40% is mandatory.
  • Scouts & Guides Quota:
    • Written Exam (60 Marks): Consists of 40 Objective Questions (40 Marks) and 1 Essay Type Question (20 Marks).
    • Syllabus: History of Scouting/Guiding, General Knowledge, and Organization rules.
    • Negative Marking: Applicable for objective questions (1/3rd mark deduction).

Documents to Carry to the Exam Hall

Candidates strictly need to carry the following original documents along with the printed call letter:

  1. E-Call Letter: The hard copy of the downloaded admit card.
  2. Original Photo ID: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License.
