RRC NR Apprentice DV Schedule & Admit Card Instructions
The selection process has moved to the verification stage. Candidates shortlisted in the merit list must attend the DV on the date and venue mentioned in their e-Admit card.

- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth / Mobile Number.
- Click on “Submit” to view your eligibility status.
- If shortlisted, look for the “Print Admit Card” option.
- Download the PDF and print two copies for the DV.
List of Documents Required for RRC NR Apprentice DV
Candidates appearing for the Document Verification must bring the Original Documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies. Failing to produce these documents will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Printout of E-Admit Card & Application Form: Mandatory for entry.
- 10th Class (Matriculation) Marksheet & Certificate: Proof of Date of Birth and educational qualification.
- ITI Marksheets & Certificate: Consolidated marksheet and NCVT/SCVT certificate in the relevant trade.
- Medical Fitness Certificate: Must be signed by a Gazetted Government Medical Officer (format provided with Admit Card).
- Caste Certificate:
- OBC Candidates: Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate in the Central Government format (issued within the last 1 year).
- SC/ST Candidates: Caste certificate in the central format.
- EWS Certificate: Income and Asset Certificate for the current financial year (if applied under EWS).
- Disability Certificate (PwBD): If applicable, issued by a competent medical authority.
- Photo Identity Proof: Original Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID.
- Passport Size Photographs: 4-5 recent colour photos (same as uploaded in the application).
