RRC NR Sports Quota Trials & DV Details
The official notice dated 05.02.2026 highlights several critical points for aspirants:
- Schedule: The combined process of Sports Trials and Document Verification will start from 23.02.2026.
- Venue: The events will be conducted in Delhi. Specific venues for different games will be mentioned on the E-Admit Card.
- Stay Arrangements: Candidates are strictly advised to come prepared to stay at the venue for one to two days, as the process might be extended depending on the number of candidates and trial requirements.
- Admit Card: No physical call letters will be sent by post. Candidates must download their E-Admit Card from the RRC NR website once the link is active.
List of Documents Required for Sports Quota DV
Candidates appearing for the trials must carry the Original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies. Based on standard Railway Sports Quota recruitment norms, ensure you have the following ready:
- E-Admit Card: Printed copy of the call letter downloaded from the official website.
- Photo ID Proof: Original Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Passport.
- Date of Birth Proof: Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate.
- Educational Certificates: Mark sheets and certificates of 10th, 12th, or Graduation as per the post applied for.
- Sports Achievement Certificates: Original certificates of National/International participation and medal-winning performances (as claimed in the application form).
- Caste Certificate: SC/ST/OBC certificate in the central government format (if applicable).
- EBC Certificate: Income certificate for those claiming fee exemptions under EBC.
- Photographs: Recent passport-size color photographs (identical to the one uploaded during registration).
