The Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Bikaner Division, issued the notice (No. 740-E/Sports/RRC/BKN/2025/P-13) on 27.01.2026, confirming the dates and venues for the field trials of eligible candidates.
Candidates who applied for the Hockey (Men) and Cycling (Men) disciplines under the notification 01/2025 (dated 30.06.2025) must appear for the trials scheduled on 10th and 12th February 2026.

Note: Candidates are advised to be prepared to stay for 02 to 03 days for the trial and recruitment process. No TA/DA will be provided, and candidates must make their own arrangements for accommodation.
Important Instructions for Candidates
The official notification outlines strict guidelines for the trial day. Failure to adhere to these may result in disqualification.
- Mandatory Documents: Candidates must bring all Original Documents (educational, sports, caste, etc.) that were uploaded during the online application, along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
- Note: Only documents uploaded during the application will be considered.
- Affidavit: A Notary attested affidavit declaring whether the candidate is currently employed in any Govt/Semi-Govt/Autonomous body or not is mandatory.
- Sports Kit: Candidates must bring their own sports kit/equipment required for their specific game.
- Identity Check: The photograph uploaded in the application form must match the candidate appearing for the trial/document verification.
- Banned Substances: The use of performance-enhancing drugs, steroids, or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Candidates may be subjected to medical tests if necessary.
