Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), South Central Railway (SCR) has released a crucial Corrigendum regarding the Scouts & Guides Quota Recruitment for the year 2025-26. In an official notice dated 11th February 2026, the RRC announced revisions to the previously published Eligible/Ineligible candidate list and officially declared the Written Examination Date.
Candidates who applied for Group C (Level-2) and Group D (Level-1) posts must check the updated status immediately. The written exam is scheduled to be held on 01st March 2026 at the Zonal Railway Training Institute (ZRTI), Moula Ali.

Revised Eligible & Ineligible List Details
Following the publication of the initial scrutiny list on 22.01.2026, RRC SCR received representations from several candidates. A review committee examined these appeals, leading to significant changes in the final status of applicants:
- Ineligible to Eligible: 15 candidates (9 in Level-1, 6 in Level-2) who were earlier rejected have now been provisionally declared Eligible after re-verification of their certificates.
- Eligible to Ineligible: 09 candidates (7 in Level-1, 2 in Level-2) who were earlier accepted have now been declared Ineligible. Reasons included dual membership, incomplete activeness certificates, or invalid camp certificates.

How to Download RRC SCR E-Call Letter
The RRC has announced that the link to download the Admit Card will be sent to the registered email IDs of the eligible candidates. Candidates should also keep checking the official website.
Steps to Download:
- Check your registered email inbox (including Spam/Junk folders) for a mail from RRC SCR.
- Click on the provided E-Call Letter download link.
- Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
- Download and print the hall ticket.
- Ensure all details (Name, Exam Center, Reporting Time) are correct.
Note: Candidates must bring a valid Original Photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, etc.) along with the printed Admit Card to the exam center.
