The RRC Western Railway has cited administrative reasons for the revision of dates. The process will begin with Document Verification, followed immediately by the Sports Trials.

- Date of Birth Proof: 10th/Matriculation Certificate or School Leaving Certificate.
- Educational Qualification: Marksheets and Certificates of 10th, 12th, or Graduation (as per the post requirement).
- Sports Achievement Certificates: All original certificates supporting your eligibility for the Sports Quota (National/International participation as claimed in your application).
- Caste Certificate:
- SC/ST: Format as prescribed by Railway Recruitment Board.
- OBC: Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued within the last one year.
- EBC Certificate: Income certificate for Economically Backward Class candidates (if fee concession was claimed).
- Minority Declaration: Non-judicial stamp paper declaration (if applicable).
- Aadhaar Card: Or any other valid Government ID Proof (Voter ID, Pan Card).
- Passport Size Photos: Carry at least 6 recent colour photographs (same as uploaded in the application).
