📢 RRC Eastern Railway – Final Answer Keys Released for Scouts & Guides (Level-1) and Cultural Quota (Level-2)
Important update for all candidates! The Railway Recruitment Cell, Eastern Railway (Kolkata) has released the Final Answer Keys for two quota recruitments under the 2025-26 cycle:
- Scouts & Guides Quota — Stage-I CBT for Erstwhile Group D (Level-1)
- Cultural Quota — Stage-I CBT for Group C (Level-2)
Both answer keys have been finalized after reviewing objections raised by candidates. If you appeared in either of these exams, read on for the full details. Results will be prepared based on these final answer keys — so this is a big step forward!

📋 RRC ER Scouts & Guides Quota Level-1 – Final Answer Key Details
The Provisional Answer Key was released via Notice No. 439 dated 30 January 2026. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections. Here’s what happened:
- Objections were received against Question IDs: 207, 215, 217, 218, 219, 227, and 237
- After review by the competent authority, Question ID 218 answer was revised from Option ‘C’ to Option ‘B’
- All other question answers remain unchanged from the provisional answer key
- The final answer key covers all 40 MCQ questions
- Correct options are highlighted in green colour in the attached PDF
🧮 How Marks Will Be Calculated for Scouts & Guides Level-1
- Total MCQs: 40 questions
- Each question: 1 mark
- Evaluation will be done based on the Final Answer Key (with the correction for Question ID 218)
- The final correct options are highlighted in green in the answer key PDF
📋 RRC ER Cultural Quota Level-2 – Final Answer Key Details
The Provisional Answer Key was released via Notice No. 438 dated 30 January 2026. Here’s the update:
- Objections were received from two candidates against Question ID 140
- After examination, the objections were found not to be in order
- The Provisional Answer Key stands confirmed as the Final Answer Key
- All 50 MCQ answers (marked in green colour) are now final
- CBT Stage-I evaluation will be based on these 50 answers
✍️ How the Objection Review Process Worked
- Candidates who appeared in CBT Stage-I were given a window to raise objections
- Objections with supporting justification/documents were submitted
- The competent authority reviewed each objection carefully
- Decisions were made — only 1 correction (in Scouts & Guides Level-1, Q.218) was necessary
- Final Answer Keys were published with corrections incorporated
