  • Invalid Sports Certificate: Certificates that were not from recognized federations or were incomplete.
  • Date of Birth Issues: Mismatch in DOB or lack of proof.
  • Achievement Date: Sports achievements prior to the cut-off date (e.g., 01.04.2023) were not considered.

Mentor’s Guide: Documents Required for Document Verification (DV)

If your name appears on the Eligible List, you must appear for the Document Verification at the Railway Stadium, Perambur (or designated venue) at 08:00 Hrs sharp on your scheduled date. Failing to produce original documents will lead to immediate disqualification, and you will not be allowed to participate in the trials.

Ensure you carry the Originals and two sets of self-attested photocopies of the following:

  1. Call Letter/Admit Card: The e-call letter for the DV/Trial (download from the official portal when active).
  2. Educational Qualification:
    • 10th / Matriculation Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth).
    • 12th / HSC Marksheet and Certificate.
    • Degree Certificate (if applicable for the post).
  3. Sports Achievements: All original sports certificates used to claim eligibility. Ensure these match the details provided in your application.

    • EWS Certificate for the current financial year.
  5. Aadhaar Card: Original Aadhaar card is mandatory for identity verification.
  6. Passport Size Photos: Carry at least 4-6 recent colour passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in the application).
  7. Minority Declaration / EBC Certificate: If fee concession was claimed.
  8. NOC (No Objection Certificate): If you are currently employed in a Central/State Govt department or PSU.

Pro Tip: Organise your documents in the order listed above in a clear folder. Verification officers appreciate an organised candidate, and it speeds up the process. Also, carry your sports kit/gear as trials often happen the next day or even the same day depending on the schedule.
