The board has published the Provisional Part Panel-4, listing candidates selected for appointment, and simultaneously released a New Shortlist for the Next Round of Document Verification (DV).

Update 1: Provisional Panel-4 (Technician Grade-III)
Good news for candidates waiting for their final selection! RRB Ajmer has released Part Panel-4 for Technician Grade-III categories. Candidates whose roll numbers appear in this list have been provisionally selected based on their performance in the CBT (held in Dec 2024) and successful completion of DV & Medical rounds.
Key Details:
- Allocated Zones: Candidates have been recommended to North Western Railway (NWR) and West Central Railway (WCR).
- Posts Included: Technician Gr III Carriage & Wagon, Electrical, Electrical/TRS, and S&T.
- Next Step: The General Managers of the respective zones will verify credentials and issue the Appointment Letters.

Update 2: Next Round DV Schedule (Tech Gr-I & Gr-III)
To fill the remaining vacancies, RRB Ajmer has called additional candidates for Document Verification. A total of 10 candidates (3 for Signal Gr-I and 7 for Various Gr-III posts) have been shortlisted.
DV Schedule Details:
- DV Date: 13.02.2026
- Venue: Railway Recruitment Board, 2010, Nehru Marg, Near Ambedkar Circle, Ajmer-305028.
- Admit Card: The link to download the DV E-Call Letter will be active soon on the official website.
Medical Examination: Candidates successful in DV will be sent for the Medical Test on the next day (14.02.2026) at Railway Hospitals under RRB Ajmer’s jurisdiction. You must come prepared to stay for 3-4 days and pay a medical fee of Rs. 24/-.
List of Documents Required for DV
Since this is a Document Verification notice, you must ensure your file is complete. Missing a single document can lead to disqualification.
Checklist of Original Documents (plus 2 sets of photocopies):
- Matriculation/High School Certificate: Proof of Date of Birth (DOB) and qualification.
- 10+2 / Inter Certificate: If applicable for your post (e.g., S&T).
- Technical Qualification: ITI / Act Apprentice / Diploma / Engineering Degree certificates (Semester sheets + Final Certificate).
- Caste Certificate:
- SC/ST: In the Central Government format.
- OBC-NCL: Issued within the last one year (Non-Creamy Layer declaration is mandatory).
- EWS Certificate: Income & Asset Certificate for the current financial year.
- Aadhaar Card: Original card (both sides).
- Photos: At least 6 recent passport-size colour photographs (same as uploaded in the application).
- E-Call Letter: The printed copy of your DV Admit Card.
- Receipt of Payment: If payment was made offline (Challan).
- NOC: For serving employees (No Objection Certificate).
Important Instruction: Candidates must upload their scanned color photo, signature, and documents on the OIRMS Portal (https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv) before the DV date as per instructions in the call letter.
