According to the latest notification dated 05.02.2026, a total of 04 additional candidates have been successfully empanelled and recommended for appointment. These candidates were selected based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and subsequent success in the Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.
Candidates who appeared for the DV rounds held earlier (shortlists published on 09-07-2025 and 05-12-2025) should check if their Roll Number is included in this new list.

What Happens After Empanelment?
Getting empanelled is the final stage of the recruitment process conducted by the RRB. Here is what follows:
- Dossier Transfer: The RRB forwards the files (dossiers) of these selected candidates to the Principal Chief Personnel Officer (PCPO) of the respective Zone (SWR) or Unit (RWF).
- Re-Verification: The Zonal Railway administration will conduct a final verification of eligibility and character antecedents.
- Offer of Appointment: Once cleared, the respective Railway zone will issue the formal Offer of Appointment (Joining Letter) to the candidates via registered post or email.
- Reporting: Candidates will have to report to the Divisional headquarters mentioned in their letter for joining.
