According to the official notice dated 11.12.2025, the scrutiny of applications has been completed. Candidates must log in with their user credentials to view their status. SMS and email notifications are also being sent to the registered contact details of the candidates.

When you log in to check your status, you will see one of the following three outcomes:
- Provisionally Accepted: Your application is in order and accepted for now. You are eligible for the next stage (Admit Card generation).
- Conditionally Accepted: Your application is accepted but subject to certain conditions (likely document re-verification or specific clarifications required).
- Rejected: Your application has been rejected. The specific reason for rejection will be mentioned on the dashboard. Note: RRB regrets inability to entertain correspondence from rejected candidates.

- Visit the Portal: Go to the official recruitment portal
www.rrbapply.gov.inor use the direct link provided at the end of this page. - Login: Enter your Registered Mobile Number/Email and Password.
- Navigate: Look for the “Application Status” link corresponding to CEN 04/2025 (Section Controller).
- View Status: Your current status (Accepted/Rejected) will be displayed on the screen.
- Take a Screenshot: It is advisable to save a screenshot of your status for future reference.

If your application status shows “Rejected,” it is usually due to one of the following reasons observed in RRB scrutinies:
- Invalid Photograph: Photo with goggles, caps, unclear face, or miniature size.
- Signature Issues: Signature in Block/Capital letters or unavailable.
- Educational Qualification: Not meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria as on the closing date.
- Date of Birth: Candidate is under-aged or over-aged.
- Multiple Applications: Submitting more than one application to different RRBs or the same RRB.
- Debarred Candidate: Candidate’s name appears in the debarred list of RRB/RRC.
