Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Guwahati has released the 3rd Document Verification (DV) Schedule for Junior Engineer (JE), DMS, and CMA posts under CEN 03/2024. A total of 04 additional candidates have been shortlisted to fill the shortfall in Pay Level 6.
The RRB Guwahati has issued an important notice regarding the 3rd Round of Document Verification for the ongoing recruitment of Junior Engineers (CEN 03/2024). Due to absenteeism, rejections, or medical unfitness in previous rounds, the board has lowered the merit list to shortlist 04 more candidates.
The 3rd Document Verification is scheduled for February 13, 2026, at the RRB Guwahati office. Candidates must report at 09:00 AM sharp. Those who miss this scheduled date with a valid reason will be given a final opportunity on the Block Date: February 25, 2026.

Detailed Instructions for Shortlisted Candidates
Candidates can download their E-Call Letter from the official website. SMS and email alerts are also being sent to registered contact details.
1. Uploading Documents: Before attending the DV, candidates are required to upload their signature, latest photograph, and identification marks on the official portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. This portal becomes active 10 days prior to the DV date.
2. Medical Examination: Candidates successfully completing the DV will be sent for a Medical Examination on the next day at a nominated Railway Hospital under Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR).
- Fee: Rs. 24/- (paid at the hospital).
- Preparation: Candidates should come prepared to stay for 3-4 days.
- Additional Tests: In rare cases requiring CT Scans or Ultrasound, candidates may have to bear the costs at external labs.
List of Documents Required for RRB JE Document Verification
Candidates must bring Original Certificates along with two sets of self-attested photocopies (A4 size). Missing any document can lead to cancellation of candidature.
- E-Call Letter: The upper portion of the Admit Card for DV.
- Date of Birth Proof: Matriculation/10th Standard Certificate.
- Educational Qualification:
- 10+2 / Higher Secondary Certificate.
- Diploma / Engineering Degree Certificates (Semester-wise mark sheets and Final Certificate).
- Caste Certificates:
- SC/ST Certificate (in Central Govt format).
- OBC-NCL Certificate (issued within the last one year).
- Non-Creamy Layer Declaration for OBC candidates.
- Income Certificate: For EWS candidates or those who availed fee concession (EBC).
- NOC (No Objection Certificate): For serving employees (with date of appointment).
- Aadhaar Card: Original and photocopy (both sides).
- Photographs: Similar to the one uploaded in the application.
- J&K Domicile / Divorce Decree / Death Certificate of Spouse: If applicable.
