RRB Technician Selection Process
The recruitment process for Technician posts involves 3 distinct stages. The Computer Based Test (CBT) is the most critical stage for merit.
Computer Based Test (CBT): Separate exams for Grade 1 (Level 5) and Grade 3 (Level 2). Marks obtained here decide final merit.
Document Verification (DV): Candidates equal to the number of vacancies (1:1 ratio) will be called based on CBT merit.
Medical Examination (ME): Final step to ensure fitness for the technical role.
