📋 RRC CR Apprentice 2026 Selection Process
There is no written exam for this recruitment! Selection is purely based on merit — your marks in 10th class and ITI are what matters. The merit list is prepared using the simple average of your matriculation percentage and ITI percentage. So if you scored well in 10th and ITI, your chances are very good!
Tie-breaking rules: If two candidates have the same marks, the older candidate gets preference. If dates of birth are also same, then the candidate who passed matriculation earlier is selected first.
After the merit list, shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. You must carry all original documents — without them, your selection will be cancelled. Check the railway recruitment updates page regularly for merit list announcements.
