₹ Salary for RRC ECoR Cultural Quota Posts
Both posts carry Level-2 of 7th CPC pay scale. As per the 7th Pay Commission, the basic pay for Level-2 starts at approximately ₹19,900 per month plus Dearness Allowance, HRA, Transport Allowance, and other railway benefits. Railway employees also enjoy free rail passes, medical facilities, and other perks.

📝 Steps to Apply Online for RRC ECoR Cultural Quota 2025-26
- Visit the official website www.rrcbbs.org.in and click on “Online Application for Cultural Quota 2025-26”.
- Click on “New Registration” and fill your personal details — name, father’s name, date of birth, community, email, and mobile number.
- Note down the registration number and password sent to your email / SMS.
- Login with your application number and password.
- Upload scanned passport-size photo (20-50 KB, JPG), signature and left thumb impression (10-40 KB, JPG).
- Upload certificates — 10th / 12th marksheet, cultural qualification certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and other supporting documents.
- Pay the application fee online using Internet Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
- Submit the application and save a copy. Make sure you finish before 13 March 2026, 11:59 PM.

📋 RRC ECoR Cultural Quota Selection Process
The selection happens in two stages:
Stage-I: Written Test (50 Marks, 60 Minutes) – Objective MCQ questions on Maths, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness – Negative marking: 1 / 3rd marks deducted for each wrong answer – Minimum qualifying marks: 35% – Top candidates shortlisted in 1:5 ratio of notified vacancies
Stage-II: Practical Demonstration & Testimonials (50 Marks) – Practical Demonstration in your cultural discipline — 35 marks – Testimonials / Prizes / Certificates — 15 marks
Final selection based on combined merit (Stage-I + Stage-II = 100 marks total). Selected candidates undergo medical examination at Railway Hospital.
