₹ Stipend for RWF Apprenticeship 2026
You’ll receive a monthly stipend during your training period — no tuition fee, just learn and earn!
- Fitter, Machinist, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), Turner, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic — ₹12,261 per month (Training: 1 year)
- CNC Programming cum-Operator (COE Group) — ₹10,890 per month (Training: 6 months)
🎓 RWF Apprenticeship 2026 Eligibility

📝 Steps to Apply for RWF Apprenticeship 2026
- Download the application form (Annexure-A) (provided below)
- Fill the form carefully in your own handwriting with black / blue ink pen.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of 10th marksheet, NTC certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), employment exchange card, medical certificate (Annexure-E), and two passport-size photos.
- Pay ₹100 processing fee via Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft in favour of “Principal Financial Adviser / Rail Wheel Factory” (SC / ST / PwBD / Women — no fee).
- Seal your application in an envelope. Write on the envelope: “Application for Apprentices’ Act Training 2025-26 in Rail Wheel Factory”.
- Submit by Drop Box at RWF Personnel Department, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560064 (Mon-Fri: 9 AM – 4:50 PM, Sat: 9 AM – 12:20 PM).
- Or send by Registered Post to Sr. Personnel Officer-II, Personnel Department, RWF, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560064.
- Make sure your application reaches before 01 April 2026, 5:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted.

The selection is purely merit-based — no written exam! Your 10th class marks decide your rank. Here’s how it works:
- Merit list prepared based on percentage in 10th Std / Matriculation (aggregate of all subjects)
- Tie-breaking: Older candidate gets preference. If same age, the one who passed 10th earlier goes first
- Document verification of original certificates for selected candidates
- Medical examination as per Apprentices Act standards
